1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Grabclo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Grabclo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of the Service
Grabclo is an AI-powered personal styling application offering features including virtual try-on, AI outfit generation, an AI stylist chat, wardrobe management and analysis, outfit scanning, and product discovery with links to third-party retailers.
All AI-generated suggestions, scores, and visualizations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional fashion, health, or purchasing advice.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Your Content
- You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to Grabclo, including selfies, body photos, and wardrobe photos.
- By uploading content, you grant Grabclo a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — for example, generating try-on images, tagging wardrobe items, and producing outfit suggestions. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
- You must have the right to upload any photo you submit. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Virtual try-on results are AI-generated simulations. The actual fit, color, texture, and appearance of any garment may differ from the generated image.
- AI outfit suggestions, style scores, quality assessments, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
- Grabclo is not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always review the retailer's own product information, sizing guides, and return policies before purchasing.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
Grabclo earns commissions on purchases made through product links in the app and on our website, including through the Amazon Associates program and other affiliate programs (such as ASOS). This does not affect the price you pay. When you click a product link or make a purchase through one, we may receive compensation from the retailer.
7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits
- Subscription payments are processed by Google Play (and, when available, the Apple App Store) under their respective terms.
- AI credits included with your plan are non-refundable once used.
- Unused credits expire upon subscription cancellation, except where a refund or retention is required by applicable law.
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices and plan features may change; changes will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or offensive content;
- Upload photos of any person without their consent, or any photos of minors;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the AI systems underlying the Service;
- Create multiple accounts to bypass credit or usage limits;
- Use the Service or its outputs for commercial purposes without our prior written permission;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
- The Grabclo name, logo, app design, and underlying software are the proprietary property of [COMPANY NAME] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- AI-generated try-on images created from your photos may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires our prior written permission.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
- You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deletion of your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 9, 11, and 12) will survive.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRABCLO AND [COMPANY NAME] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: INACCURATE OR UNSUITABLE AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS OR VISUALIZATIONS; PURCHASING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE SERVICE; PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS; DATA LOSS; OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GRABCLO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
